Preform feeding, orientation and inspection: The PreWatcher Inline offers a compact 3-in-1 solution integrated directly behind the injection molding machine.
Directly integrated behind the injection molding machine, the PreWatcher Inline guarantees that your preforms are carefully fed, oriented and inspected. The 3-in-1 solution is particularly space-saving and only needs a floor space of 8 m².
By means of eight cameras, a non-contact and non-destructive all-round inspection of every preform is conducted. The transport system, developed and patented specially for the PreWatcher Inline, allows a comprehensive inspection without any blind areas.

The preforms can be transparent, translucent or opaque. They should have a diameter of 24 – 41 mm (at the body) and a height of 48 – 160 mm. If these dimensions do not fit to your preforms, please contact us to find an individual solution for you.
