Given its individually adapted design, the SpotWatcher Customized can be easily integrated into your production facility. It offers a 100% inspection of extrusion- and stretch-blow-molded plastic containers and detects even the smallest and most unusual error types. It makes no difference whether the containers are made of PET, LDPE, HDPE, PE or PP, or whether they are transparent, semi-transparent or opaque. Up to 20 high-resolution cameras and more than 20 standard inspection options ensure that your customers receive nothing but perfect products – leading to full security for your production line.

Due to extensive data collection, you have the full production overview: with the IntraVision software, you get extensive statistical functions and trend calculations. All data collected in the software is presented in the form of statistics, diagrams and reports. Trends and possible countermeasures can be identified at an early stage.
