PreWatcher integrated into Delta's DCI500

The PreWatcher presents a special system for the inspection of preforms which was developed by Delta Engineering and Intravis hand in hand. It is presented at the factory of Nissei ASB in Dusseldorf (next to K Show) for the first time.

Intravis provides the hardware components needed for vision inspection. They are integrated into the DCI500 machine of Delta Engineering. Additionally, Intravis' IntraVision software is used for the proper quality control of preforms. A display is mounted at the machine frame to allow the operator to easily handle the system settings and to have a direct overview of overall production quality.
