K 2022 - a brief review

At the K show in Düsseldorf we again met many customers and partners, but also new interested parties. We look back very satisfied on this fair and are looking forward to the discussions with you now afterwards.

Hot topics at K 2022

This October, K will be a global highlight for all market players in the plastic packaging industry. Climate protection, circular economy and digitalization present the hot topics this year. New, innovative machines and materials will be presented which improve the recycability and support the climate protection. Thus, the goal to close plastics cycles will be continously pursued. The degree of ditigal networks will also play a key role at K in terms of increasing transparency and resource efficiency.

PreWatcher

The PreWatcher is not exhibited directly at K, but at the factory of Nissei ASB which is just 15 minutes away from K in Düsseldorf. Shuttle buses are provided.

Inspection object: preforms
Integration: in DCI500 of Delta Engineering
Product rate: up to 20.000 p/h

Key functionalities:

Contamination inspection of preform body and thread
Color inspection with spectrometer
Inspection of the neck support ring
