Tethered Caps inspection presented at Pack Passion Week

At this year's Pack Passion Week, we had the privilege of presenting its innovative solutions for the inspection of tethered caps as one of three talks in the opening session.

Our CEO Dr. Gerd Fuhrmann first showed what challenges tethered caps will pose for inspection providers in the future. Afterwards, the more than 700 participants saw on their screens with which innovative solutions the CapWatcher Q-Line meets these challenges.

Highlights included:

The patented, positive separation, which separates increasingly lighter caps very gently for testing.
The patented, non-contact high-voltage test, which no longer dips into the closures and thus poses no danger to internal closure aids.
The IntraVision software, for which the orientation of tethered caps arriving unaligned is irrelevant for comprehensive inspection.
