In order to recruit new specialists for our technical departments, we are cooperating with the bsw technical college in Leipzig as of this month. Find out why we are doing this, what it means for both sides and what the practical implementation will look like in this blog post.
Back in March, we showed that we are always finding new, creative ways to get the specialists and managers of today and tomorrow excited about INTRAVIS. And so we have decided to cooperate with the technical college of the Bildungswerk der Sächsischen Wirtschaft for the field of technology in Leipzig with immediate effect.
Our Chief Service Officer Karsten Vogel is enthusiastic about the cooperation: "The bsw technical college in Leipzig has an excellent reputation in its region when it comes to training and promoting state-certified technicians, industrial foremen, and technical and business managers. Due to its size and reputation, it regularly produces many excellently trained technicians, whom we at INTRAVIS are always looking for. And since, especially in this day and age with remote workplaces, in certain cases there is no need for an employee to be on site at our company every day, we decided to work together despite the almost 800 km between Aachen and Leipzig".
Karsten Vogel certainly knows what he is talking about. His department is regularly on the lookout for new, technically trained specialists, as our service technicians have repeatedly taken advantage of the opportunities for advancement within INTRAVIS in recent years and recommended themselves for work in other departments.
From now on, we will have the opportunity to present ourselves to the students of the technical college in various ways - be it on the website of the technical college, via expert lectures or simply by posting a notice on the bulletin board. In addition, our employees are given the opportunity to register for training courses offered by the college in a simplified manner.
In return, we offer the students of the technical college the opportunity to get to know INTRAVIS better within the framework of excursions and, above all, technical papers sponsored by us.
